Christmas Tree

Loo Loo Loo, Loo Loo Loo Loo, Hark the Herald Angels Sing...

I was digging through my electronic equivalent of a shoebox and come up with this picture of our Christmas Tree. I can't see a picture of that without thinking of that Charlie Brown special, with all the little kids singing around that tree.

Way too early to be thinking of Christmas....

Kitty Boy News

We just heard back on Kitty Boy's latest blood work, and his thyroid is working in the normal range, so we won't have to worry about it for another six months. Yippee!

He also had a small fragmented tooth which the Vet removed, and we had him shaved - we are hoping this reduces Samantha's allergy problems.

My Name in Print

Hey Y'all,

I don't know how long this will be there, but check out the Alabama Commission on Higher Education website:

http://www.ache.state.al.us/Forum/Index.htm

I recently worked on a Library Collection Assessment for our proposed BS program in Emergency Health Services, and it is now part of the program's application with the state! See the third link - USA Emergency Health Services, BS. In the report that comes up, my collection assessment is in Appendix 4.

Just keeping you informed,

Pictures, Yeah!

OK, Sorry it has been so long since I put anything up here. But I got some really incredible pictures of Fairhope Pier. This is a really pretty part of a really cute little town. Sometimes it reminds me of an idealized mix combining the best parts of Oak Ridge and Gatlinburg. But, take a look.

Check out these, we will sometimes go to this park and pier just to relax and walk. It's a bit of a drive, but well worth it.

I'll see about digging up some more pictures, I have a few when Samantha's sister came to visit. Those photos were taken from the other side of the fountain, facing uphill. Which reminds me, we really need to visit Fairhope again!
